Abstract :
In this paper the characteristics of strong coupling and the long time delay artificial climate chest are investigated. For the lack of effective control strategies about artificial climate chest, a new adaptive control method is designed based on biological immune mechanism. Firstly, by simulating the behavior of biological immune system, the immune genetic algorithm (IGA)is designed. Secondly, IGA is used to adjust the controller parameters which is used in artificial climate chest temperature and humidity control on-line. The experiment results show that the method in this paper can be used effectively in artificial climate temperature and humidity tracking control
