  • Abstract
    The paper puts forward a material purchase and storage model in electric power system, and converts it into the shortest-circuit problem to solve. The ant colony algorithm of solving the shortest-circuit problem is improved by changing the chosen strategy and the local search strategy. The method makes the algorithm not easy to sink into the local optimization, the rapidity of global optimization is improved, and it is applied to the process of searching the optimization in the purchase and storage model. At last, example shows the improved ant colony algorithm is effective and reliable
