Abstract :
When complexity of control object is increased, the design of fuzzy controller becomes difficult by experts experience. A new design method of fuzzy controller by particle swarm optimization (PSO) is supposed, which can optimize rules and membership functions of fuzzy controller simultaneously. When this fuzzy controller design method is applied to a second order system, the result of simulation improved its validity
