Abstract :
Aiming at the requirement of QoS in real-time data transport, a method of repairing lost single-packet with AFEC (adaptive forward error correction) based on RTP (real-time transport protocol) is designed. Through self-adjusting the FEC (forward error correction) parameter according as the congestion change of network, the AFEC method enhances the QoS. Both mathematical analysis and experiment show the effectiveness and correctness of this approach
