Abstract
The issue of modeling and stability for networked control systems with distributed time-delay and bounded input is researched. In view of the common existing problem of communication delays in networked control systems, a continuous time model of multi-input and multi-output is derived. Then a sufficient condition for stability of networked control systems is obtained based on matrix measure method. According to the given condition, the time-delay bound that makes the networked control systems stable can be taken. The simulated results about DC PWM servo system shows that the proposed theory is effective
