  • Abstract
    NCS is composed of quality of service and quality of performance. The performance parameters, functions and the process of QoS are discussed. What´s more, the parallel strategy based on QoS is put forward. Finally, the parallel strategy based on QoS can improve the transferring efficiency, reduce the delay and delay jitter with illustrations
