  • Abstract
This paper proposes a method which can solve the problem of double sheets or multiple sheets in feeding-up mechanism of printing machine using ultrasonic sensor. After analyzing physical properties of ultrasonic sensor, a monitoring equipment that consists of ultrasonic emitter, ultrasonic acceptor and voltage-magnified circuit, detecting circuit and alarming and executive circuit is designed. The system will give an alarm to the printing workers when there exists the problem of double sheet or multiple sheets in feeding-up mechanism and the executive circuit will control relay to make the feeding apparatus stopping working. The double sheet detection mechanism can reduce printing trouble and resources wastes because of its high veracity, which can improve great automatic extend for the printing machine in our country
