Abstract :
Analyzed the dynamic character of crankpin non-circinal grinding process, this paper presents an in-process tracing measuring method for diameter and roundness errors of crankpin, which contrasts relative diameter measuring method. The measuring system motion equation is also introduced in detail. The measuring errors are quantitatively computed that aroused by the eccentric errors and tracing errors of measuring bracket, and the conclusion is given by simulation
