e-Discovery support tool design and implementation of the AGENT module

On December 2006, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) amendments of the United States make e-Discovery compulsory. Discovery rules are collecting evidence and ready to issue information for trial by the parties to a suit. In this point, we could mention e-Discovery is the rule of range of evidence which revised for including ESI (Electronically Stored Information). We design e-Discovery support tool thought analysis of requisite functions which are required for e-Discovery. This model is composed of 3 modules including AGENT, SERVER and MANAGER. We explain the further direction of study which is realizing and designing the AGENT module, one of 3 blocks we mentioned above.
