Abstract :
The space moisture load is mainly from human, open wide water, and plants in office buildings. Based on the pollutants general ventilation equation and energy conservation, considers indoor temperature and humidity ratio dynamic formula in fresh air start-up stage. According to the weather parameter of Jinan, calculated fresh air pre-dehumidification time, considers when fresh air is 1.3 times of meeting personnel and health requirements, it can control on 30 minutes.
