  • Abstract
    R&D alliance plays important role to enhance enterprise innovation competence and reduce R&D cost, but because it faces complex operating environment, the failure rate has been always in high level. In fact, the risk of R&D alliance is directly influenced by alliance innovation resources input supply risk and compensation supply risk. When the shortage and delay of resources supply appears, the operating stability of alliance will be affected. Therefore, from resources view, this paper designs alliance risk measurement model from three aspects gaining channels of resources and the importance of resources supplied as well as the importance of suppliers according to the analysis of R&D alliance innovation resources category and function, the purpose of which is to offer effective method support and deciding reference for R&D alliance to measure its risk level scientifically and realize its sustainable operation.
