  • Abstract
Depending on exploitation of mineral resources, mining cities develop on the track that mineral industry goes by. By the mining cities supplies a vast amount mineral product for the national economic development, the situation of resources & environment and development about mining cities took a turn for the worse. From the perspective of sustainable development of mining cities, the "5R"principles and technology supporting system were established, and the technical contents and realizing approaches were explored in this paper. The conclusions are drawn: (1) By the aspect of technology, the tendentiousness of the resources & environment being extrinsic factors of production system and pursuing the production efficiency are primary indigenous reasons of mining cities resources & environment and development issues. (2) According to the intensive interfering on regional resources & environment of mining industry, the circular economic system should includes reclaiming, reducing, reusing, recycling and repairing five aspects principles("5R" principles). And base on the sustainable coupling and coordinating of "5R" principles on the industry promoting process, the mining cities will bring about sustainable development. (3) By the circular economy system running of mining cities, the six aspects technology supporting system, including of "5R"principles and industry promoting, should be established. (4) Realizing the technology supporting system needs coordinative running of technology import, technology innovation and technology integration, including of enterprises, industrial chain, ecological industrial region, industrial cluster group, industrial association and mining cities etc.
