Abstract :
Due to the mass-production needs on Powerchip Technology Corporation, the output of equipments is running onto its maximum. Thus, in order to guarantee the delivering time, the transferring control systems around them (AMHS, MCS) are also required to be 100% uptime. For AMHS systems, which are collaborated by multiple similar subsystems, this goal can be easily reached. But for the MCS, which is a stand-alone system just like the MES, there is no easy way out. Therefore, a multiple-layered MCS system is been considered here. Aiming to ensure the constant running on most functions of MCS at all time and prevent any further controlling lost during the MCS hand over process.
