  • Abstract
Monitoring and warning the expressway exit incidents is an effective way to prevent expressway accidents. This paper deals with illegal changing lanes and illegal parking behavior as the major incidents that should be monitored. In this paper, we introduce a system that aims to reduce the chance of traffic delay and traffic conflict and has put it into practice to test its effectiveness. According to the results of the test, the system has proved to be an excellent tool that could obviously reduce the number of events towards accidents, and reduce the extent of harm.
