Abstract :
Tube bright heat treatment furnace can do heat treatment for tubes continuously. Tubes are heated treatment good quality and high yield in tube bright heat treatment furnace. Tube bright heat treatment furnace is a time-varying, high order, nonlinear, multivariable and complex system. This paper establish three-dimensional mathematic model for tubes´ heat conduction and tube bright heat treatment furnace simulation system, the results of the calculation show that tube bright heat treatment furnace simulation system can simulate tubes´ heating treatment process exactly.
