Abstract :
This paper presents a thorough analysis and necessary improvements of the method of ILAC (Instant Lead Attack Computing), an advanced airborne fire control method. First, on the basis of analysis of LAC (Lead Attack Computing Method), a classical airborne fire control method, the theoretical foundation of ILAC is studied. Second, the essence of ILAC is disclosed in terms of its advanced points compared with LAC. Finally, a necessary improvement on ILAC is carried out aiming at its technical defect. It is concluded that the improved ILAC meets the requirements of modern air combat.
