Abstract :
From the perspective of value chain of commercial vehicle industry, this paper constructs a multilayer index system of competitiveness evaluation of the commercial vehicle industry. This system is composed of environmental competitiveness, innovation competitiveness, manufacturing competitiveness, spare parts competitiveness and market competitiveness, and its subsystems. On the combination of Delphi, AHP and Method of determining weights based on decisive data, it builds a three-layer hierarchical analytical model to make international comparisons on China´s commercial vehicle industry, and puts forwards relevant suggestions. Empirical analysis shows that this model is feasible and exercisable and the analysis results are of certain reference value to enhancing China´s commercial vehicle industry´s competitiveness.
