Research of Occupational Injury Database Development

China is one of the countries with most serious occupational injuries in the world, but the search and use of relevant data on occupational injuries is very backward. A more comprehensive database of occupational injuries, which can conduct statistics, classification, comparison, analysis, forecasting on the occupational injury according to different industries and categories more comprehensively, was initially established in the paper, based on the analysis of the occupational injury in China. The paper also found out the main distribution of occupational injury in various industries and departments in China, the main cause of these injuries, the main injury prevention measures for similar injuries and evaluated the effect of the measures. The study is helpful to improve China´s statistical analysis level of occupational injury, as well as to timely analysis of relevant departments and deeply search the cause of occupational injury, etc.
