Rinaldo castello: trying to balance industry and academia with family life: a pattern of life´s gifts and trials that combine themselves to make a beautiful picture

In this paper, Rinaldo Castello presented three goals as he shared his life in the industry and his family life. The first was sharing with the reader the facts that had the strongest impact on his profession and life in general. The hope is to help, especially young people, in taking the best attitude toward the world of research. The second was pointing out among his professional activities that seem the most worthy such that he would do them again if given the chance. The third was to acknowledge the many people that have influenced and contributed to what he has accomplished.
