Abstract :
Are public-private partnerships an appropriate means of dealing with underdeveloped cybersecurity-related institutions and various sources of market failure in India? Whereas the government lacks the resources, expertise, and legitimacy to develop new templates, monitor the behaviors of industries, and enforce laws, trade associations are likely to be better, more effective, and more efficient in these areas owing to their expertise, experiences, and well-focused priorities in these areas.
