  • Abstract
    Nonequilibrium atmospheric plasma jets are associated with sequence of streamer breakdowns developing in heliumair mixture. In this paper, propagation of the streamer in plane capacitor is photographed, and deflection toward the positive capacitor plate is analyzed.
