Abstract :
Synchronization of high-order discrete-time complex networks with time-varying delays and undirected communication topologies are investigated. Firstly, synchronization problems are converted into asymptotic stability ones, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for synchronization are presented. Based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI), sufficient conditions for synchronization are proposed. Then, an explicit expression of the synchronization function is given. Finally, numerical simulations are shown to demonstrate theoretical results.
