  • Abstract
Port competitiveness mainly depends on its profit. Port profit is affected by management measures. How to increase port competitiveness under the premise of the same port soft and hard environment is the main purpose for port managers. In order to meet the requirement, this paper takes three steps to build a benign competition relationship. Firstly, the indictors which influent the port profit are analyzed qualitatively. Then, indexes are quantified by analytic hierarchy process. At last, a cooperation game-theory mathematical model based on productivity and government support is set up. This mathematical model is applied on Dalian port and Yingkou port. By comparing with the port competition game-theory model to conclude both ports will achieve more profit after cooperation.
