Abstract :
On the basis of systematical analysis of the competitiveness, target elements, the main elements and resource elements of innovative enterprises, the power system model of enhance the competitiveness of innovative enterprises was put out. Basing on the system dynamics theory, this model revealed the rule of competitiveness enhance of innovative enterprises.
