Abstract
At present, the ratio of unemployment was rising slightly in China, and the employment pressure was bigger and bigger than before. To make a scientific explanation for unemployment is the key to solve the focus problem of employment. The study listed seven factors that affect unemployment of labor force by the method of factor analysis and principal component analysis. Seven factors were defined as the subjective factor and objective factor separately, and the different causes of unemployment were analyzed in each region of Harbin with clarity, which could provide some effective recommendations for the local government in different areas in Harbin.
