  • Abstract
    The Birdsall Memorial Session of the PPPS 2013 honored Prof. Charles K. “Ned” Birdsall (1925-2012), one of the giants in the plasma community. Prof. Birdsall, known as Ned to his many friends and colleagues around the world, was a gentleman and scholar. His work spanned at least three careers in achievements.
