Abstract
Nowadays, many military missions can profit from using robots. It seems that the multi-robot forces would become the main strength of an army just around the corner. However, besides the achievements of the interaction between human and robots, there are still many problems to be solved, such as the collaboration among robots or the intelligent information fusion between human and robotic systems. With the aim of solving these problems, a language called Situation Information Exchange and Interpretation Language (SIEIL) is proposed. The technical framework, formalized syntax, semantic annotation method and communication protocol of the language are key techniques in this paper. In the end of this paper, a usecase of naval warfare illustrates the feasibility and the effectiveness of this language.
