  • Abstract
    With the widespread concern for the SoS(System of Systems), the attention that SoS task process received is continuously increasing. Due to the complexity of SoS and the system SoS task process, it is difficult to describe SoS and SoS task process. Trying to draw on the theory of FEMA and the IDEF3, this article attempts to model a SoS task process and calculate the reliability of it. First, a SoS task process FMEA worksheet is created which is secondly converted to IDEF3 flowchart in terms of some given definition. Third, IDEF3 flowchart is converted to reliability model through their connection. At last, the reliability can be calculated.
