Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the evaluation model of emergency capability evaluation for the ship at sea. The goal of our work is to find the human reasons leading to the poor ship emergency capability, and then improve the team cooperation ability in emergency to avoid the vessel accidents. In this paper, firstly, according to the special attitude of the ship on sailing, the emergency capability of the sailing team is mainly concerned, and an evaluation index of ship emergency capability is built based on this index system. Secondly, based on theory of fuzzy set pair analysis, the evaluation model for ship emergency capability is promoted where the certainty and uncertainty of the indicators are considered in a whole system. Finally, two examples of ship are brought into our model, and the calculation results prove that the promoted model is reasonable and feasible.
