Bullseye or Bounce Out?

Take your best shot at constructing a problem for the Gamesman. If your problem and solution is published, you´ll score an IEEE t-shirt. Those submitting problems with diagrams and/or images must submit the images in separate figure files (jpg, tiff, gif, or eps files are acceptable). Each question should not have more than one correct solution. Submissions should be sent to potentials@ieee.org. Please include your name, mailing address, and t-shirt size (L or XL).
