If you have an interesting technical article or want to contribute your ideas to an existing opinion column, we can assist you in seeing your ideas through from submission to publication. IEEE Potentials is interested in manuscripts that deal with theory, practical applications, or new research. They can be tutorial in nature. Submissions may consist of either full articles or shorter, opinionoriented essays.
