Abstract :
AN intrapreneur is defined by Gifford Pinchot in his book Intrapreneuring in Action, as someone who takes new ideas and turns them into profitable new realities within an organization. That implies "our" intrapreneur is a very capable engineer who has the ability to think outside the box to come up with new ideas, take on projects, and eventually be able to manage a product line or a business unit. This is a satisfying career track, and also provides an effective way to gain the experience and the privilege to start one\´s own business.
