Study of the application in the whole course of college employment guiding system in employment ability

Under the background of popularization of higher education, higher education scale expands rapidly in our country, on which condition, the problem of employment of college students has become the focus of social attention. As the main undertaker of cultivating high-quality talents in our country, colleges and universities are also the main body for the education of university students´ employment. Therefore, it has become an important topic of universities employment instruction work that how to effectively carry out employment guidance education activities, guide students to set up the correct choosing profession idea, conduct reasonable career planning, improve employment skills and develop good employment accomplishment in order to realize the development target of employment. From the perspective of the actual situation of our country, almost all colleges and universities have established the department of employment guidance work for university students´ employment guidance and services. In spite of this, the current situation of university graduates employment is not optimistic, which have something to do with the quality of the universities employment instruction work.
