Abstract :
Based on the research of low concentration toluene waste gas purification mechanism in biofilm packed tower, effect and influence of liquid film on the surface of a biological membrane is calculated and analyzed to explore the calculation formula of the dynamic model. After verification, the formula is applied to conduct simulated calculation of main factors such as the inlet toluene concentration, gas flow and the impact of biofilm packing bed height thus realizing simulation studies of actual process of biological purification of volatile organic waste gas.
