Abstract :
The Ernest K. Smith Student Prize Paper Competition was held as part of the 2013 US National Committee of the International Union of Radio Science (USNC-URSI) National Radio Science Meeting January 9–12, 2013, in Boulder, Colorado. The winners of the competition are shown in Figure 1.
