Abstract
With the rapid development of computer technology and network transmission technology, more and more demand are put forward to improve the work efficiency, which are not limited to just use computers and laptops. In most institute of Measurement, too many instrument transfer process seriously restricted the work efficiency, how to solve the problem with smart mobile terminal has become a common topic. Based on .NET Compact Framework, this paper mainly studied an instrument transfer system on Wince operation system, which runs in the MC3090, a smart mobile terminal produced by Motorola. The difficulty is to establish web service which implement the connection between smart mobile devices and remote database. This paper introduce the key technology, network structure and how to develop with smart mobile terminal. With the instrument transfer system, the instrument transfer process becomes from signing on each work sheet to barcode scanning, which improves the work efficiency effectively.
