Abstract :
Post-seismic relief supply allocation based on psychological risk perception is an important yet understudied area in supply chain risk management. This paper is dedicated to build system dynamics model in this range to analyze the system of relief supply allocation based on risk perceptions and behaviors of decision-makers, and verify this model by simulating the Wenchuan earthquake based on field data. The simulation results indicate that a) this model can virtually reflect the actual situation of post-seismic relief supply allocation; and b) decision-makers´ risk perception has a significant impact on post-seismic relief supply allocation and relief effects as well as different attitudes of decision-makers´ risk perceptions also have different impacts on them.
