Abstract
Summary form only given. The present authors would like to point out that the discussion reported by Dahiya et al. about the optoelectronic transducers developed by De Maria et al. contains wrong technical data that led the authors to an erroneous claim. This comment is aimed at correcting this error and at rebutting their claim.
