Abstract :
In recent years, with the expansion and extension of micro letter, we have entered the wonderful world of Being Digital. We are pleased to micro-channel positive energy, but also to guard against the spread of the process occurs in micro-channel relationships caused by indifference ethical issues. New times call for social responsibility of the media, networking media ethics system, have a great significance in theory and practice.
