Abstract :
In order to achieve the signal acquisition and control requirements of engine system, this paper designs a kind of high-speed multi-channel data acquisition card, which is built with Altera Cyclone series FPGA EP1C12Q240C8N as the main control chip, using VHDL to realize the real-time acquisition and output control for high-speed multi-channel analog and switch quantity, then the card communicate portable PC monitoring and control system with PCI9054 bus. The data acquisition card can complete 24 way switch quantity input, 6 way switch quantity output, 3W programmable resistance output, engine rotational speed sampling, bridge circuit voltage sampling, surge pulse sampling and bridge resistance sampling. And simple, reliable, practical, portability and flexibility are the features of the system, etc. This paper mainly elaborates the design idea and realization method of data acquisition card, and verified by experiments and practical application.
