  • Abstract
    Recently, nanomaterial is a topic of very attractive research fields from science to potential applications in microwave components and circuits. This paper briefly overviews the graphene and some other nanomaterials research and development (R&D) of institutions in China. For microwave applications, we show interconnect, transistors and some other applications.
