Abstract :
In this paper we present a novel image registration software that has been specifically designed to suit the needs of the study of tumor response quantification. Joining a cross-platform architecture, the exclusive use of open-source libraries and some unique features, our tool is being successfully used in the frame of the ARTFIBio project, focused on the study of predictive individualized models of head and neck tumor response to radiotherapy.
