Abstract :
The variable frequency speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor with its superior speed and the braking performance is increasingly used in industrial production and daily life. But also for the vibration of the permanent magnet motor adopts inverter power supply noise performance brought a lot of unfavorable factors. Vibration and noise is an important performance index of the permanent magnet motor, so the research of permanent magnet motor vibration noise becomes very meaningful. In the process of motor development and manufacturing, through the analysis of the vibration noise of the developed motor, can give different frequency noise and vibration levels corresponding to the root of the motor can be changed targeted design scheme, calculated the vibration noise and other performance indicators are better motor.
