Abstract :
Represented by a mathematical model of the growth of multi-layer coating on the surface of the part cylindrical shape during the deposition of plasma, taking into account the various transport mechanisms and stages of chemical reactions in the coating. Calculate the concentration of deposited chemical elements and their compounds in the coating, the stresses and deformation.
