Abstract :
General growth in raw hydrocarbons requirement and ever-increasing degree of resources development on the continents have caused dramatic exploration activation in World´s water areas. The article describes the current situation of oil and gas offshore drilling and production, considering the effect of climatic conditions on the drilling process.
