Abstract :
The changing competitive environment requires legal department put forward the challenge to the enterprise. Supply chain management thinking as the core, strengthen for data query and analysis function, timely, real-time control and response to the needs of users has already become the urgent demand of enterprises. Connect the legal work of Information Island, share data information, and realize the real-time query is imminent. To enhance the information level of enterprise management, it is necessary to establish legal work management system in order to realize the standardization of the legal work management, better guard against legal risks.
