Abstract
With the rapid development of digital technology, people´s attention to outdoor transmission is increasing day by day. This article from the characteristics of new type digital outdoor media and connotation, and its artistic design style, spread to the market value, etc., to illustrate the new digital outdoor media to shape the image of the city, leading consumption, build a new culture and art system, reflect the human social and cultural level, reshape the significance in the field of the human spirit. Finally put forward the digital transmission of the outdoor media advertising strategy is applied to the current outdoor practice, will eventually form a mass audience, good interactive experience and cross-media put on the new situation.
