Abstract :
Network English learning refers to the student register account and completes the website or system learning tasks assigned by the teacher, the comprehensive test and online communication process. Teachers´ management process is to supervise students´ learning process and learning effect and query through the arrangement of learning tasks, comprehensive test results on students´ learning situation and it can be a real time understanding. At the same time, students solve the problem of learning through reply the student post. The administrator can manage the class. Designs of English online study system based on B/S structure is responding to the contents and the major problems in university English study and management, thus offering a solution for the informationization of English study and management. The structure of the university online English study system includes the administer management module, teacher teaching activity design module, student study activity module and main operation interfaces.
