Abstract
We demonstrate dual-wavelength lasers operating with simultaneous emission for a range of difference-wavelengths by accessing the various in homogeneously broadened dot states. We investigate temperature tuning and quantify factors affecting mode stability, including temperature and difference-wavelength.
