Abstract :
Simultaneous generation of tunable microwave and millimeter-wave signals is demonstrated experimentally with a 1310nm Quantum Dot Distributed-Feedback Laser using the period-1 dynamics and dual-mode lasing induced in these devices under double optical injection.
